(1). Strictly guard the quality, strictly implement according with the contract as required by national standards or international standards or the of agreed standards.
(2). Before the final order, there must be an sample for comprehensive analysis and a standard analysis sheet provided. At the same time, the implementation standards of product, molecular formula, CAS NO., The main raw material, the main process, product traits, including the validity of testing methods of analysis, packaging, storage and transportation methods (such as dangerous goods are asked to state level and the UN numbers, and In the event of danger, what kind of precautions should be taken and remedial measures), the main purpose to provide products that end-use products such as the methods and processes are required to provide detailed instructions.
(3). The basic information of the manufacturers are required to provide, including:
①, fax or mail the manufacturers and effective business license, registration tax (general taxpayers) permit, the organization code certificate copy of the file to stay.
②, the provision of the factory basic introduction, such as production scale, the number of workers and R&D staff, and so on.
③, the provision of the instruction on the quality management and environmental protection and management, or the copes of ISO quality management system certification and environmental management certification authorities. As to pharmaceutical manufacturers, issuing a GMP certification is required.
④, the provision of a quality feedback management system or methods, that is, the lot number of the product, the team which and when produced them can be examined, against any products the factory supplied. We will provide a formal form (the questionnaire) on the above item, for the factory filling in the answer.
⑤, the provision of goods and packaging managed strictly in accordance with the agreement marks. 
⑥, generally, a provision of a copy of sample as per to the delivered goods, in order to stay file, that is outturn sample.
